The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), in partnership with the national laboratories, is offering dedicated technical innovation support for residential, commercial, and industrial builders to overcome new construction barriers or integrate new technologies to build faster and at lower cost.
This Building America New Construction Support program will connect industry stakeholders with subject matter experts for specific guidance and technical support on traditional building techniques as well as highly promising industrialized construction technologies and strategies that can modernize and scale new building construction while increasing affordability.
Industry partners in the residential, commercial, and industrial building space can request technical assistance using the Building America New Construction Support Request Form. Examples of previous support engagements are described here.
