This interior wall is intersected by two ceilings of different heights; it is built as two walls stacked on one another, each having a bottom and top plate which act as barriers to airflow between levels.

Right – The seams and edges of the house wrap have been taped but house wrap should have been extended up to porch roof and care should be taken to press the tape with a roller to activate tape adhesion.
