Seismic Evaluation and Retrofit of Existing Buildings, ASCE/SEI 41-17

Standard using deficiency-based and systematic procedures that use performance-based principles to evaluate and retrofit existing buildings to withstand the effects of earthquakes.  The current version of this standard was published in the year 2017, and is available in both digital and print versions.  The ASCE Library also has the previous versions of this standard, published in the years 2013 and 2006, and the old version of the standard ASCE/SEI 31-03, Seismic Evaluation of Existing Buildings, which was added into this standard in the 2013 version, also available in both digital and print versions.  The foreword and index of each version are available to preview, with the full version of the standard needing to be purchased.
