HVAC w/Integrated Dehumidification = Comfort System with Humidity Control

Image(s)

Technical Description

Dehumidifiers remove moisture from the air. In hot-humid climates, controlling indoor humidity is an important part of improving comfort, durability, and health. Air conditioning also removes moisture, but may not keep up in very humid conditions and doesn’t remove any moisture during swing seasons when the air is humid but the temperature is at or below the thermostat set point. Supplemental dehumidification can include stand-alone dehumidifiers, a dehumidifier that is integrated into the central heating and cooling system, or enhanced dehumidification functionality  added to the air conditioning system.

Comfort System with Humidity Control
Sales Message

Comfort systems with humidity control ensure comfort even when there cooling is not required. What this means to you is that you will have a complete, not partial, comfort system. Wouldn’t you agree humidity is too important not to manage at all times in new homes?
